The Beauty BFF Salon Policies Booking Confirmation / Deposit Policy: To book an appointment you can call us, text us, message us, email us, or book online. Booking appointments online will require a request and is not officially booked until it is accepted by the stylist. We may contact you to discuss if the services you have chosen are the right ones for your appointments. If you have any further questions please contact us. It may take us up to 24 hours to get back to you. Booking any appointments with The Beauty BFF Salon for new clients who book services more at or more than $41 and existing clients who book services valued at $81 or more will required a deposit of 50% or less of your booked appointment service value to guarantee your appointment for the day and time you have chosen to book. To do so, you have to provide a valid email where the deposit fee will be sent. Otherwise your appointment is not a guaranteed/valid appointment until the deposit is made. Please provide us with a full name, a phone number, and an email so we can reach you. We are a small business and depend on the services you book with us, please refer to the cancellation policy for more information. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy. The deposit fee will go towards your services and what ever is remaining will be due the day of the appointment. Cancellation Policy: The Beauty BFF Salon has a 24 hours cancellation policy. Please give us a call or even better, text us to let us know if you would like to reschedule or cancel. No shows and, or cancellations made with less than the 24 hours appointment cancellation notice will not be refunded the deposit fee for the appointment. This is a kind reminder that The Beauty BFF Salon is a small business, your love and support is what keeps us going. We'd love to accommodate everyone, your time and our time is precious. Refund Policy : All sales are final sale on any products and/or gift cards/e-gift cards. Gift cards/e-gift cards can not be exchanged for cash. A deposit refund is only refunded if an appointment cancellation is made 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, no shows and, or cancellations made with less than the 24 hours appointment cancellation notice will not be refunded the deposit fee for the appointment. Once a service has been received, the service is not refunded due to the process and products used, only a service adjustment may be applied. Please read client satisfaction guarantee policy. Client Policy: The Beauty BFF Salon welcomes all to our salon. We do reserve the right to refuse any services to anyone who is disrespectful and makes us feel uncomfortable in any way. Client Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your original service, please contact us so we can offer you an adjustment from your original service. Please contact us in order to book a service adjustment within the 7 days of your original appointment to qualify for this service. The service adjustment appointment can only be accommodated within the 14 days after your original appointment, but must be called within the 7 days of your original service. If you contact us after 7 days, you will be charged as a regular service, not as the service adjustment .The servie adjustment appointment will not qualify if you choose to decide to have a different service from your original service and consultation. Beyond Regular Business Hours upcharge: The Beauty BFF Salon will add on a upcharge of 15% of your services for any appointments booked beyond our regular business hours. Appointments beyond regular business hours are not available to be seen and to book online, and are only booked if there are any availabilities with the stylist. Please directly notify The Beauty BFF Salon if you like to book beyond regular business hours. This upcharge also in Gratuity Policy: Tips are not required but are always appreciated. It is always optional, all gratuities are accepted via cash or with a credit card when checking out at the end of the service. Gratuity paid with a/an e-gift card or gift card will be added for any amount the client chooses as a service under gift card gratuity. Payment Policy: We do not accept any type of checks. We accept Apple Pay, and any type of credit/debit card. Cash is welcomed, but we do not carry any change. Covid-19 / Contagious Illnesses Policy : Face mask are optional. Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick with Covid-19 or any other contagious sicknesses, or have any covid or flu like symptoms. Upon request, we are happy to wear a mask for your comfort. Contactless checkout available. Wedding Party Policy: Wedding party policy is available per request.
